SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All items will only be shipped in Australia with Australia Post. 

All items will be posted Mondays. 

Standard postage of $12 will apply to all orders unless:

Parcels weighing more than 5kg will incur an extra postage fee of $5-10 per parcel. 

Items that are broken in the post need to be photographed and there is a process to get a refund from Australia post. The customer needs to return it to the post office and complete a form to be entitled to a refund which is covered by Australia Post.
