Connie Hardy

Connie's journey began in Mount Isa, where she navigated the challenges of starting school without knowing English, instilling in her a deep understanding of connection and communication. Originally trained as a tracer, applying her artistic talents to technical drawing, her career shifted with the rise of Computer-Aided Drafting in the 1980s. As technology transformed her profession, Connie recognized that her passion no longer lay in drafting and began exploring a more fulfilling path—one where she could connect with people and support their well-being through hands-on healing practices.

A turning point in Connie’s life came when she experienced the Bowen Technique in 1998, which provided relief for her neck injury after a car accident. This experience opened her eyes to the power of complementary therapies and sparked her pursuit of Reflexology, which she formally trained in by 2008. Over the years, Connie has continually expanded her skills, completing certifications in Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Shell Essence, among others.

Connie’s passion for learning and evolving led her to study Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) in 2017, a specialized technique that quantifies the effects of reflexology on the body’s lymphatic system. In June 2023, she further added Spinal Flow Certification to her growing list of healing modalities, empowering her to address both physical and emotional well-being in her clients.

Her holistic philosophy is rooted in her belief that every challenge is a gift, allowing us to evolve into more compassionate beings. Through her work, Connie not only helps her clients heal their bodies but also supports them in releasing emotional blocks and embracing personal growth.
